Approximately a 4 hour course that covers both offensive and defensive principles and concepts of edged weapons. Topics will include skills (stance, footwork, grips, angles of attack, types of attacks and sensitivity and awareness against edged weapons), mindset and the legality of self defense training with and against edged weapons. We will also cover hemorrhaging control and how to identify life threatening wounds.
